  • Provider & Practice Data: We collect names, corporate email addresses, NPI numbers, medical specialty designations, and clinical practice demographics.

  • Clinical Documentation & PHI: We ingest patient clinical notes, prior denial notifications, insurance clearance guidelines, and diagnostic coding structures submitted via our secure intake channels.

3. Processing and Utilization of Data

PAS utilizes collected information strictly for the following operational workflows:

  • Mapping clinical data into deterministic authorization rulesets.

  • Communicating status metrics, structural analysis reports, and pilot delivery clearances back to the submitting provider.

  • Formulating automated payload transmissions for clearinghouse and payer network routing.

  • Verifying and auditing insurance denial metrics for revenue cycle management.

4. Third-Party Data Transmission

PAS does not sell, lease, rent, or monetize any corporate, clinical, or patient data. Data is shared exclusively with third-party entities necessary to secure medical authorization clearances, explicitly restricted to:

  • The specific healthcare payer networks holding the patient policy.

  • Authorized health information clearinghouses (e.g., CoverMyMeds, Availity, Change Healthcare) tasked with processing medical transactions.
