By accessing pas-us.co or utilizing the ingestion portals operated by Prior Authorization Solutions LLC ("PAS"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable state and federal healthcare regulations. If you do not agree to these terms, you are prohibited from utilizing the platform or its specialized clinical services.

2. Scope of Service & Platform Function

PAS provides specialized clinical documentation analysis, ruleset conversion, and administrative processing management to assist healthcare providers in navigating insurer prior authorization frameworks. PAS functions exclusively as an administrative and clinical optimization partner.

3. Strict Clinical Disclaimer & Provider Responsibility

  • No Practice of Medicine: PAS does not practice medicine, provide medical diagnoses, or dictate patient treatment plans. All structural documentation reviews, coding recommendations, and ruleset configurations are provided strictly for administrative insurance clearance purposes.

  • Final Clinical Accountability: The licensed ordering physician or healthcare provider retains absolute, final clinical and legal responsibility for all patient care, diagnostic codes submitted under their NPI, and the ultimate clinical accuracy of any documentation processed through the PAS ecosystem.

4. Limitation of Liability

PAS engineered its logic arrays to achieve maximum compliance and authorization predictability. However, PAS provides no explicit or implied guarantee of payer approval for any individual claim or authorization submission. In no event shall Prior Authorization Solutions LLC be liable for any administrative coverage denials, delayed clinical reimbursements, or consequential revenue cycle variances arising from third-party payer decisions.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service, along with all operational interactions, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal actions or disputes arising under this framework must be filed in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
